Christi
Orr has been dancing from the age of 2, studying everything from
Ballet to Bulgarian folk dancing. She has a Masters' in Dance
Studies from Laban, where she specialised in dance education. While
performing with the Westwind International Folk Dance Ensemble in
1996, she discovered Lindy and Balboa and has been hooked ever since!
She co-founded the London Balboa Festival and has travelled the
world spreading her love of Balboa.
She currently resides in Scotland where she
teaches regularly in Edinburgh and Fife and performs with Limelight
Productions theatre company.

Didier
started Balboa in 2004 at the London Balboa Festival and
was trained with the best teachers in 2005 and 2006 in the biggest
camps in the U.S.: All Balboa Weekend (Cleveland), Balboa
Rendez Vous (San Diego) or the Eastern Balboa Championship ( EBC, Raleigh) and Europe: London Balboa
Festival.
He has won many titles competing in the U.S. as a 1st place Pro-Am
Leaders at the All Balboa Weekend 2005 Since 2006 he's teaching with Christi. Their teaching focuses on technique, including
the base and its variations, posture leader/follower, musicality and
... the pleasure of dance.
He is the creator of the Balboa On The Promenade.
He managed it from 2005 to 2007.
