Canadian Dance Champions Zack Richard and Maryse Lebeau are world
renowned instructors of Balboa, Lindy Hop, and Charleston . They are
based in Montreal , where they run Swing ConneXion.
Maryse is teacher and swing dancer for nearly ten
years : founder and director of the dance troupe Swinging Air Force
for over 5 years, she is the soul of Swing ConneXion with good humor,
hospitality
and concern that each of her students feel. She has taught thousands of people around the
world, including Sydney (Aus), London (England), Paris, Toulouse,
Lyon, Berlin (GER), countless American and Canadian cities (San
Francisco, San Diego, Los
Angeles, New York, Toronto) and of course his native Montreal, where she is actively
involved in the swing community. Known for his good sense and sensitivity to
others, teaching is always a quality she strives to always improve.
In competition: Maryse alone has more than thirty
titles, and has led several teams on the podium as a coach.
Zack
is a dynamo of talent and creativity. Choreographer and talented coach, his critical
and precize eye can recognize the potential of one movement, and he
always tries to find the right solution.
International teacher, he passed his knowledge throughout the globe:
England, France, United States, Canada, Australia ...
Zack is, of course, a notorious joker, but also an accomplished
musician.
In competition: One of the dancers the most decorated in Canada,
Zack has more than fifty titles to his credit including several
team.
