• If you want to get the 10% group discount only on the Full Pass, the leader of your group must send us a mail before any registration : botp@rockswing06.com
  We will send him all the needed information for the group members registrations.

  Group rules :
  Your group must be composed of 10 people minimum (leader of the group included).
  For each follower registered , a leader on the same level must be registered too.
  The applicable Group price will be the one at the creation date of the group by the Group Leader.
  The Group discount price will be confirmed only if all the members of the group will pay their registration

• You can apply to be selected as a volunteer on the registration form. If you are selected (you will know around 3 weeks before the Festival), you will get a discount between 60€ and 80€ on your price. You will get the conditions by dedicated email. The volunteer discount will be applied at the end of the workshop. You need to pay the full price before then we will refund you accordingly at the end of the Festival if you performed correctly your tasks during the festival (wood floor setting on Saturday morning and disassembly on Tuesday afternoon)

For all Countries "over oceans" (from other continents or really over oceans : Atlantic, Pacific,..) the price will get a discount around 50%

Due to the situations we were facing the previous years, this year we will not insure any cancellation refund.
What we propose to you is to subscribe a personnal insurance with our Insurance company partner Mondial-Assistance.

To get a quotation and subscribe with our partner condition, you must clic on the picture here below.
For a small price between 10 and 40€ between the condition of refund you will choose, you can insure a part or all the expense you are going to pay for the BOTP 12 (Flights, Accomodation, Workshop, …).

In any case and moreover if you choose to not take any personnal insurance for the BOTP 12, you agree the fact that you will not receive any refund for the BOTP organization after the payment of your registration
If you need to cancel or be refunded , you have to contact directly Mondial-Assistance.

In case your country is not in this additionnal list, you can call your regular insurance in your country to request a dedicated insurance for this trip. All the worldwide insurance company provide this service.
